Hold on! Before you use this form there are a couple things you need to know.

I am still learning front end development. This page is not a fully functioning page and right now is only a playground for testing various forms and validations as I learn to create beautifully accessible, frustration-free forms.

Clicking the submit button won't do anything until I learn back end development which is a project for another day.
